🏥 Customer Support & Training
Join our team as a part-time Customer Support & Training Specialist. You’ll
play a key role in onboarding new clients, delivering training, and ensuring
our customers get the most out of eRelocation every day.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive training and ensure timely onboarding with high client satisfaction during implementation
- Manage and resolve customer support tickets via Zendesk, virtual meetings, or phone
- Collaborate to create and/or update training materials as requested
- Deliver timely, accurate solutions aligned with company policies and best practices
- Conduct “Customer Best Practices” consultations to improve client usage
- Participate in testing of new software features and provide structured feedback to the Development team
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience using eRelocation in a relocation or referral department (preferred)
- Strong understanding of real estate referral and relocation processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Zoom)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient with time management; open to change, self-starter, and a team player
